Instructions

  1. Fry the garlic in a pan with oil at low temperature, cut the aubergine into cubes, do not salt, do not drain water, add to the garlic in the pan and cook softly at a moderate temperature.
  2. Finally, salt, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
