Bread with Mayonnaise

For fans of experimentation, I suggest making bread with mayonnaise. Using homemade or store-bought sauce, you will get great baked goods anyway. Tall, lush, with a ruddy crust! Cooking!

Cook: 4 hour

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise – 100 Grams
  • Yeast – 2 Teaspoons (dry)
  • Water – 200 Milliliters
  • Wheat flour – 3 Glasses
  • Salt – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Pour warm water (36-38 degrees) into the bucket of the bread machine. Add mayonnaise.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients: flour, salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil. Place the bucket in the bread maker, turn on the “Basic” mode (time 3 hours 40 minutes), medium crust.
  4. When the kneading process begins, follow the dough, you may need to add a couple of tablespoons of flour. As soon as a “bun” is formed, close the lid of the bread machine and wait until the process is complete. It is not recommended to open the lid anymore.
  5. Remove the bread at the end of the program. Chill it on the side. Then you can serve it to the table.
