Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breasts or turkey fillet
- 1 broccoli
- 1 point chips (potato chips)
- 500 ml hollandaise sauce
- 60 g parmesan, rated
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 250 g yourt
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Spice Mix (Roast Chicken Spice)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder and chili powder

- Mix a kind of marinade with the oil and a generous amount of roast chicken, paprika and chilli pepper (possibly garlic or curry) and marinate the shredded chicken in it for at least 1 hour.
- Then quickly fry the seasoned chicken in a pan. Instead of the fried chicken, cold leftovers from a soup chicken or roast chicken from the previous day are also suitable in the same amount.
- Clean the broccoli and separate small florets. In a sufficiently large baking dish, pour in layers of meat, the raw broccoli and the potato chips. Prepare the hollandaise sauce. Melt the parmesan in it and stir in the yogurt and creme fraiche. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the resulting sauce over the casserole and bake in the preheated oven at around 180 ° C for half an hour.
- Garnish with crispy potato chips.
