Broccoli Salad with Garlic Chips

I offer a delicious broccoli salad with garlic and sesame seeds, which contains few calories, but a lot of nutrients and microelements. A salad with a spicy dressing that will give the broccoli a flavor. Preparing a salad with broccoli is extremely simple, but it turns out to be unusually tasty!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 300 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil (sunflower oil is possible) – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Dip broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then we immediately lower it into ice water.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
  3. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
  4. Fry the garlic in hot oil for a few seconds. Take out the fried garlic.
  5. To prepare the dressing, add soy sauce to the pan to the boil and turn off the heat immediately.
  6. We disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and put them on a plate.
  7. Put the garlic chips on top. Sprinkle with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
