Ingredients

  • 2 cans brown beans, approx. 1600 g gross
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • Vegetable stock until the desired consistency is achieved
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix the curry, nutmeg, salt and breadcrumbs well with the minced meat and shape into 2 cm balls.
  2. Roughly dice the onions and puree with the beans (I do not pour off the liquid from the beans). Add the vegetable stock until the soup is as smooth as you want. Squeeze the garlic and add the balls to the soup, bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
