Brownie Cupcakes

Today I will share with you a recipe for oh-oh-very chocolate muffins.

Cook: 40 mins

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • Butter – 180 g
  • Chocolate – 100 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Egg – 4 pcs.
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Cocoa – 40 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Melt butter with chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly and beat slightly with a mixer. Add sugar and beat well again.
  2. Then add eggs one at a time and beat the mixture for a minute after each.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a separate container.
  4. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead the dough until smooth.
  5. We lay out the dough into tins (the amount of dough is calculated for about 12-14 cupcakes). We bake chocolate muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  6. Brownie cupcakes are ready. Have a nice tea!
