Ingredients

  • 80 g butter, cut into pieces
  • 200 g chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 165 g suar, brown
  • 2 egg (s), slightly beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 30 g nuts (pecans)

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 200 ° C, then grease the wells of a muffin tin. Mix the butter in a bowl until creamy. Slowly melt 150 g of the chocolate in a saucepan and let cool down for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate one after the other with the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, flour and cocoa. Fold in the remaining chocolate pieces. Pour the batter into the muffin pan and sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on top / bottom heat. Serve warm, it tastes best as the chocolate chips are still liquid inside.
