  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 bag ½ baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Chop 200 g dark chocolate and set aside. Melt the rest of the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan (preferably in a water bath, but you can also use a low flame with plenty of stirring).
  3. Beat the 6 eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and mix the chocolate sauce with the egg mixture - using the mixer is ok. Mix flour, salt and baking powder and mix into the chocolate and egg mixture. Careful, it works best with the mixer switched off. Pour the whole thing onto a deep baking sheet, preferably with baking paper underneath. Spread the chopped chocolate on top.
  4. Put in the hot oven for 30 minutes. First 15 minutes of circulating air, then 15 minutes of top / bottom heating have proven effective. Without cutting the edge into rectangles and feeding the children with the edge.
