Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g suar
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat or 165 ° C fan oven. Grease a brownie pan or a small baking sheet and flour it well.
  2. Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
  3. Sift the flour, custard powder, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  4. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Stir in the sour cream and sour cream. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture and mix everything well. Finally fold in the flour mixture and stir everything thoroughly.
  5. For the crumble, use a hand mixer to process all the ingredients into a crumbly dough.
  6. Pour the chocolate dough into the mold or tray, spread the crumble on top and bake the cake for about 25 minutes.
  7. When the brownies are ready, take them out of the oven, let them cool, cut into pieces and enjoy.
