Ingredients
- 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 2 cups cream cheese, natural, e.g. brunch
- 1 bunch herbs, mixed, e.g. thyme, oregano, basil, chives
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cut the turkey meat into slices and fry on both sides. Place the meat in a flat baking dish.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and place on the roasted meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Dice half a bell pepper, chop the herbs and fold both into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. If necessary, dice the remaining tomato slices and stir into the mixture. Spread the brunch cream about 1 cm thick on the meat with the tomatoes. Depending on your taste, grated cheese can be added on top.
- Place the mold in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
- For the sauce, finely dice the onion and a bell pepper and fry in a little oil. Add the rest of the brunch mixture and dilute with a little milk. Season to taste.
- This goes well with rice or baguette.
