- 150 g yourt
- 100 g applesauce
- 1 banana (s)
- 20 g oatmeal
- 20 g raisins
- 15 g fi (s), dried
- 15 g date (s), dried
- 15 g plum (s), dried
- 15 g walnuts

- Cook the bulgur in twice the amount of water with a pinch of salt for about 3 minutes until a kind of porridge has formed. Mix in the yoghurt and applesauce and mix with the oatmeal and raisins. Chop the figs, dates, plums, walnuts and banana and add.
- Enjoy warm.
