- 6 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 100 g butter, or mararine
- 1 sachet vanilla, (bourbon)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 250 ml malt beer, depending on your taste, even more
- 500 ml milk

- Heat the sugar and butter in a saucepan to create a caramel-like color. Then let it cook on a low level. Add the cinnamon, vanilla and malt beer. Caution can foam up! Finally add the milk and, depending on your taste, top up the malt beer.
- Enjoy warm.
