Ingredients

  • 75 g chocolate, white
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 200 g cream, sweet
  • 1 teaspoon flavor (lemon peel)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 500 ml buttermilk, natural

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt together with the sugar in the cream while stirring. Remove the pot from the oven.
  2. Add the lemon peel aroma, honey and cinnamon and stir well.
  3. Then add the buttermilk and lemon juice and stir everything vigorously with the whisk. Let the mixture cool down and either place it in the ice cream maker or in the freezer.
  4. The lemon peel aroma can of course be replaced with 1 teaspoon of fresh, grated lemon peel from an untreated lemon.
