Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 250 g rye flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 15 g salt
  • 25 g yeast

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough for approx. 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then shape it into a loaf and place in a bread basket.
  2. Let it rise again for 30-40 minutes. Overturn the bread on a baking sheet and cut into it. Bake at 230 degrees for about 40 minutes.
