Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 400 g Cabanossi
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g processed cheese with salami

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the Cabanossi diagonally into slices. Halve the zucchini lengthways and cut into pieces, halve the tomatoes.
  2. Fry the Cabanossi without oil, remove. Fry the zucchini in the frying fat, remove. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the pasta a little. Add the cabanossi, zucchini and tomatoes, deglaze with the stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. If you don`t like Cabanossi, you can also have ham sausages.
