Cabbage envelopes with Tomatoes, Potatoes and Cheese (Breaded)

Mystery envelopes, an interesting recipe with young cabbage! It turns out very fragrant, juicy, tasty, and all this without meat! Cook to your health!

Ingredients

  • White cabbage (young) – 1 head of cabbage
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 200 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, cheese and boiled potatoes into slices.
  2. Add a good pinch of salt to the sour cream, ground pepper to taste and chopped garlic (for example, passed through a press). Mix well.
  3. Cut off thick veins from the cabbage leaf.
  4. We spread a potato circle on a cabbage leaf, grease with sauce. Top – a slice of tomato, also with sauce. Add a piece of cheese.
  5. We wrap it in an envelope.
  6. Dip each envelope in eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt.
  7. Roll well in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry cabbage envelopes with tomatoes, potatoes and cheese (breaded) in a frying pan in a little oil. The heating is slightly below average.
  9. We fry on both sides so that the cheese has time to melt and an appetizing golden crust appears.
  10. The result is a crispy crust, tender cabbage and fragrant filling! Delicious!
