Lavash Envelopes with Cheese and Herbs

Delicious and light pita bread with filling. Lavash envelopes with cheese and herbs are fried in a pan.

- We prepare products for envelopes from pita bread with cheese and herbs.
- Cut the lavash into 6 rectangular pieces.
- If the cheese is in one piece, rub it on a coarse grater, if the cheese is in plates, we cut the plates finely.
Chop the greens finely.
- We mix cheese with herbs.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of cheese filling in the center of each rectangle of pita bread.
- We fold pita bread with cheese into envelopes – first along the length, and then along the width.
- Beat eggs and salt in a separate container.
- Dip each envelope of pita bread with filling on all sides in a beaten egg.
- In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the pita envelopes on both sides until golden brown.
- Put the finished pita bread envelopes with cheese and herbs on a paper towel to drain excess fat. We serve “sandwiches” hot.
