Lavash Pancakes with Tomatoes, Cheese and Herbs Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Tomato – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Parsley – 10 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml (2 tablespoons)

  1. Cut the lavash into short strips, it is more convenient to use scissors.

  2. We drive eggs into the lavash.

  3. Cut the tomato into small pieces and add to the lavash.
  4. Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to the lavash too. Salt, pepper.
  5. We mix.
  6. We spread the resulting mass in islands in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
    Due to the egg mixture, dry pita bread is soaked through with moisture and the pancakes become soft.
  7. Turn over.
  8. Sprinkle the lavash pancakes with chopped hard cheese and fry them under the lid for about a minute or a half.
