Omelette Pancakes with Feta Cheese, Tomatoes and Herbs

An ideal breakfast in 15 minutes – unusual oatmeal pancakes with feta cheese, tomatoes and herbs. This original dish, which looks like both an omelet and pancakes at once, contains oatmeal, but they are not felt at all. Try it, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • For pancakes:
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Oatmeal flakes – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 70 ml
  • Greens to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For filing:

  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 50 g

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs into a bowl, add chopped herbs.
  3. Season with salt, add oatmeal.
  4. Pour in milk. Let it brew for 5 minutes so that the flakes swell slightly.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour a little omelet mass with a spoon.
  6. Fry the pancakes on both sides, 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Cut the tomato into cubes, crumble the cheese into large pieces.
  8. Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with tomatoes and feta cheese on top.
