  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 sausages, chorizo
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled oregano, fresher
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled thyme, fresher
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Omelette with Chorizo ​​and Herbs

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with the herbs and spices.
  2. Chop the onions and garlic very finely. Dice the sausage. Fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil until translucent. Add the chorizo and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Use a spoon to evenly distribute everything in the pan and then carefully pour the egg mixture over the fried. Set the temperature to a low level, put the lid on and let it set for 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into slices. After the 5 minutes spread the tomato slices over the egg mixture and put the lid back on. Let the whole thing simmer until there is nothing liquid left.
  4. That`s it. You can serve it cold or warm, it always tastes good.
