Lavash Casserole with Cheese and Mushrooms

Delicious quick lavash casserole with cheese and mushrooms. This casserole can be easily prepared for breakfast, and can also be taken outdoors. If guests come unexpectedly, simple baked goods with cheese will also come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Lavash thin “Armenian” – 2 pcs.
  • Adygei cheese – 200 g
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Parsley – 1 bunch
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour milk – 250 ml
  • Vegetable oil for mold lubrication
  • Spices to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs with curdled milk and spices to taste.
  2. Cut the pita bread into sheets the size of your baking dish. Chop the greens, cut the mushrooms into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Grease the form well with vegetable oil. Dip a sheet of pita bread in the egg mixture, put it in a mold. Sprinkle with champignons, parsley, and cheese.
  4. So we alternate layers, sprinkle the last pita bread with cheese, pour the remaining egg mixture evenly onto the surface of the casserole.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
