Puff Pastry Envelopes with Sausage and Cheese

Delicious puff pastry envelopes stuffed with sausage and cheese.

Cook: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 500 g
  • Sausage – 150 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cheese (hard) – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – optional
  • Egg – for lubrication
  • Milk (optional) – for lubrication

Directions

  1. Cut the sausage and boiled eggs into small cubes.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Stir the prepared foods together. Add mayonnaise if desired if the filling seems dry to you.
  4. Defrost the finished puff pastry (I took yeast-free, but you can also yeast) and roll it out a little, cut into squares.
  5. Put the filling, 1.5 tablespoon each. spoons. Connect the opposite edges in the form of an envelope, pinch the edges well.
  6. Grease the envelopes with an egg or a mixture of egg and milk. Bake the puffs in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Puffs with sausage and cheese are ready.
