Ingredients
Flour – 250 Grams
Kefir – 125 Milliliters
Pumpkin – 250 Grams
Onions – 1 Piece
Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
Butter – 30 Grams
Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
Soy sauce – 0.5 tbsp
Hot red pepper – 1 pinch
Dried garlic – 0.5 Teaspoons
Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons

Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the sifted flour and gradually pouring in kefir, knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and let sit for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, let’s prepare the filling. Cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft
Add the pumpkin, grated on a coarse grater.
Simmer all together for 7-10 minutes. Finally, add soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, pepper, garlic and salt to taste. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes, add a piece of butter at the end and let the filling cool.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Roll each piece thinly, giving it an oval shape. Place the filling in the center and smooth it out slightly from the edges.
Cover the filling with a second flatbread on top and pinch the edges carefully, I used a fork. Cut off excess dough.
Fry the tortillas in a little oil over medium heat on both sides until tender.
