Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 100 ml red wine
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
For covering:
- 1 glass plum (s), (750 ml)
- 4 apples
- 2 small pear (s)
- 100 g cranberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- some powdered sugar

- Drain the plums. Wash, quarter and core the apples and pears. Halve the fruit quarters again and cut them close together.
- Mix the margarine, 200 g sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add salt and cinnamon. Stir in eggs. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder and stir into the dough with the red wine and maple syrup. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (40 cm). Cover with the fruits and sprinkle the cranberries and cinnamon sugar over them.
- In the preheated oven (fan oven 150 ° C) approx. Bake for 45 minutes (chopsticks test). Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar if you like.
