  • 1 sesame ring, Turkish (Simit)
  • 5 leaves lettuce (lettuce)
  • 1 cup dressing, yoghurt
  • 1 camembert (s), (round or oval)
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • mustard
  • honey

Instructions

  1. First wash the lettuce and peppers. Separate the peppers and cut into medium-sized cubes. Mix everything together in a bowl with the yoghurt dressing, season with a little mustard and honey and let it steep.
  2. Then carefully pack the cheese with the bacon and wrap it so that no cheese can leak out afterwards. Now fry the cheese briefly in olive oil and then continue frying at medium temperature until the cheese just doesn`t run.
  3. Now serve the cheese on a plate inside the sesame ring and place the salad on the plate around the ring.
