Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup flour (type 405)
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 3 tablespoon butter, melt
- 2 large egg (s)
- maple syrup
- possibly cranberries
- possibly nuts your choice

- In 2 large separate bowls, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda, baking powder) and liquid ingredients (milk, eggs, melted butter) together. Then pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and fold in. Do not mix (hand mixer) !! Small lumps are normal and desirable!
- Let the pan (coated, no fat) get hot on 3/4 heat. Add half a ladle of batter and wait. If the dough throws small bubbles and you can see the butter become liquid again, please turn it over. On the other hand, the pancake only takes half the time.
- Then serve warm and serve with either maple syrup, butter, jam or Nutella etc.
- The pancakes can be ideally expanded with any ingredient, e.g., cranberries, walnuts, hazelnuts Best served with orange juice or something similar!
