Ingredients

  • 1 chilli pepper (s), hot
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander greens, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste with ginger
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 40 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 50 ml neutral oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the peppers and remove the white dividers. I did not cut out the kernels of the chilli pepper. If you don`t like it so spicy, cut this out. Peel the garlic and chop the coriander.
  2. Now put all the ingredients in a tall container and puree with the hand blender. That`s it. This sauce is really quick to prepare.
  3. Goes with any grilled meat, fondue and the small wrinkled potatoes.
