Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well, brush off if necessary (do not peel!). Cook the potatoes with the sea salt and 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes, drain the water and allow to evaporate on the hot plate until the peel is wrinkled. Papas arrugadas are traditionally eaten together with -> Mojo.
