Ingredients

  • Capelin – 250 g
  • Sugar – 10-15 g
  • Black peppercorns – 4 pcs.
  • Mustard beans – 1 pinch
  • Fennel seeds – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Lime juice – 15 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Onions – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove

Directions

  1. We put all the recommended spices in a deep bowl. Lightly crush them with a crush.
