Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then gradually stir in the butter. Add the cocoa, spices and cappuccino powder. Sift the flour and stir in until a smooth dough is formed.
Pour the batter up to two thirds into the muffin cups.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the mold and allow to cool on a wire rack or serve warm.
You can also use iced coffee, mocha or espresso powder instead of cappuccino powder.
