- 2 tomato (s), peeled and diced
- 1 small banana (s)
- some bacon, diced
- 1 egg (s)
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Fry the diced bacon in a pan, add diced tomatoes and sliced banana, fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and curry.
- Fry the egg as a fried egg. Spread the mixture on the slice of bread, season again to taste and place the fried egg on top.
