- 50 g bacon, mixed
- 50 g crabs
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- chives
- parsley

- Cut the potatoes into 2-3 cm cubes, dice the bacon a little smaller. Finely dice the onion, heat the clarified butter in a pan. Put the potatoes in the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, add the bacon after about 7-8 minutes and the onion after another 2-3 minutes. Finally add the crab meat, season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs, salt and add 2 teaspoons of chives, add the whole thing to the pan and set over a medium heat. Sprinkle with a little parsley
