  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 200 ml cream, fresh
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, butter and syrup to a boil over a gentle heat, stirring very often. Simmer for about 5 minutes and pour lukewarm over ice cream / dessert or serve with fresh fruit!
