Ingredients
- 20 g caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 100 g rock suar
- 700 ml schnapps, (double grain)

- Approach:
- Coarsely crush the caraway seeds and coriander or briefly grind them in a coffee grinder.
- Pour into a large bottle, add the rock sugar and top up with alcohol.
- Place in a sunny place for 4 - 5 weeks, shake several times, then filter and fill into a prepared bottle.
- After another 2 weeks, this wholesome, calming liqueur is ready to drink.
