- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon, leveled caraway seeds, whole
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sea salt, coarse

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel and cut them in half lengthways. Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with olive oil and spread half of the caraway seeds and salt on top. Now distribute the potatoes with the cut surface facing down, brush with olive oil and distribute the rest of the caraway seeds and salt on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C. If you want it to go faster, cut the potatoes smaller.
