Ingredients
- 500 g kiwi (s), cut into small pieces
- 1 small Can (s) pineapple pieces (340 g), drained
- 1 small Can (s) mandarine (approx. 75 g), drained
- 1 bag / s preserving sugar (2: )
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- some lemon juice, possibly

- Halve the kiwi fruit and use a spoon to remove the meat. Bring the kiwi, pineapple pieces and desiccated coconut with the preserving sugar to the boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for around 5 minutes. At your own discretion, finely puree or leave a bit chunky in between with the blender.
- Just before the end of the cooking time, add the mandarin wedges and bring to the boil again. The mandarins shouldn`t overcook. If necessary, add a little lemon juice.
- Immediately pour the jam into twist-off jars, screw on and turn upside down to cool.
- Tip for beginners: The prepared amount of fruit should be approx. 1 kg when using preserving sugar 2: 1.
