- 250 ml milk 1.5%
- 100 g processed cheese, natural 30% fat
- 1 large clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon., Crossed sauce thickener, light
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

- Thicken with a sauce thickener, bring to the boil once.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
