Ingredients

  • 400 g processed herb cheese
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or beef
  • 400 ml beef broth

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a saucepan with a little fat. When it is completely cooked, add the broth (enough if you add 400ml of water and then add the powder for the broth). When the broth is hot, the processed cheese can be added. Simmer until all of the processed cheese is dissolved. Let the sauce cool down
  2. Recipe variation 1:
  3. Put the boiled potatoes in a baking dish and generously pour the cheese sauce over it. Depending on the amount, bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C (electric oven) with grated cheese. Also works with pasta. Can be expanded with vegetables.
  4. Recipe variation 2:
  5. Let the cheese sauce cool down (lukewarm) and use as a dip for nachos.
  6. Recipe variation 3:
  7. Can also be eaten just like that. Tastes best when you add some vegetables.
  8. Tip: It gets a spicier note if you stir in a little cayenne pepper. I personally liked it in a sauce (variation 3).
  9. Note: The working hours only refer to the preparation. Casseroles etc. take longer accordingly.
