Casserole with cottage cheese

The casserole with cottage cheese and cheese turns out to be very tasty, and you don’t need to be a chef to make it. You can prepare such a cottage cheese casserole for breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill greens – 2 sprigs
  • Salt – 3 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Use a fork to knead it well. Add eggs and salt. Stir the ingredients with a fork.
  2. Finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through a press, grate the cheese.
    Add herbs, garlic. Stir again.
  3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the curd mass into the mold. Flatten it. Bake the curd casserole in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the casserole to the table with chopped herbs on top.
