- 300 g carrot (s)
- 200 g mozzarella, rated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- a bit salt

- Fry the wraps briefly without oil. Grate the carrots, mix with the grated mozzarella, add a little salt, press the cloves of garlic and mix well with the mayonnaise.
- Spread the mixture over the wraps, roll them up into a roll and cut into 3 - 4 cm thick slices.
