Carrot Cake

If you love delicious and healthy pastries, then you will surely like carrot cake. To prepare it, you will need very simple ingredients, and you will find out how to make a carrot cake right now!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

Grated carrots – 1 glass
(or carrot cake after squeezed juice from carrots)
Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
Wheat flour – 1 incomplete glass
Sugar – 1 incomplete glass
Salt – 1 pinch
Baking dough – 1 sachet
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp

Directions

Whisk butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder.
Combine the butter mixture and flour.
Grate carrots (or carrot cake), add to the dough, mix until smooth.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with butter. (You can make a single muffin or multiple muffins in small muffin tins.) Place the dough into the mold.
Place in preheated oven and bake the carrot cake for about 45 minutes. (If you are making muffins, bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes.)
Remove the finished carrot cake from the oven, leave for 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold (or muffins from the molds). Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the carrot cake.
