  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon fruit vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish, grated, preferably fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • some water,

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots. Clean, wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Stir the oil, vinegar and horseradish until smooth and season the dressing with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add a little water to the sauce.
  2. Either mix everything in a bowl or arrange on the plate by first layering the lamb`s lettuce and then the carrots and then pouring the sauce on top.
