Casserole Lazy Wife

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings – 800 g
  • Onions – 150-200 g (1-2 pcs.)
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 250 g (to taste)
  • Salt – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 1 pinch
  • Greens to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Turn on the oven. Peel and wash the onion, cut into cubes.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onion, fry, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Grease the form with vegetable oil and place in the oven for 1-2 minutes. A slightly warmed mold will prevent the dumplings from sticking to the surface.
  5. Place frozen dumplings in a mold in one layer. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with fried onions.
  7. Drive chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise.
  8. Pour the dumplings with the egg-mayonnaise mixture.
  9. The last layer is grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf.
  10. Bake the ravioli casserole at 200-220 degrees for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the cooked casserole.
  11. The dumplings casserole is ready.
