Ingredients

  • 4 medium fish fillet (s) (cod, redfish or similar)
  • 6 small tomato (s)
  • 250 g sheep`s cheese, milder
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. First lay out 2 pieces of baking paper (about the size of a baking sheet). Place two fish fillets in the middle next to each other on a piece of baking paper and season well with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and place on the fish. Dice the sheep`s cheese and also pour it on top. Chop the garlic and sprinkle over it. Now drizzle evenly over the oil and sprinkle everything with a tablespoon of thyme.
  2. Then fold it up into parcels, close tightly and staple if necessary and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. Rice tastes best with it.
