Boil the cauliflower in slightly salted water for about 3 minutes. Throw in a colander, let the water drain. Transfer the cabbage inflorescences to a heat-resistant form.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 225 degrees. Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the mushrooms, fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and place over the cauliflower. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the powder. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and herbs in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the cauliflower in a mold.
Cut the butter into small pieces and place them on top of the cheese layer. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the cauliflower for about 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
