Ingredients

  • Cauliflower (disassembled into inflorescences) – 1 head of cabbage
  • Champignon mushrooms (cut into slices) – 1.5 cups
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Dry bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Parmesan (chopped on a grater) – 2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower in slightly salted water for about 3 minutes. Throw in a colander, let the water drain. Transfer the cabbage inflorescences to a heat-resistant form.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 225 degrees. Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the mushrooms, fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the stove and place over the cauliflower. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare the powder. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and herbs in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the cauliflower in a mold.
  5. Cut the butter into small pieces and place them on top of the cheese layer. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake the cauliflower for about 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve the baked cauliflower immediately
