Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes - they should not be too soft, but still slightly firm to the bite. Add a little salt to flavor. Then drain the florets well and puree them with a hand blender. Mix in the egg and grated cheese.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Form 7 - 8 cm large and 1 cm thick round cookies from the cauliflower mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until they turn brown.
  4. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Briefly take the biscuits out of the oven, brush with cream cheese, sprinkle with spring onions and diced ham and then bake for another 10 minutes.
