- 1 cauliflower
- 50 g whole wheat flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- Fat for frying
- salt

- Divide the cauliflower into florets and blanch for approx. 5 minutes in boiling water. Salt, then turn in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and bread.
- Bake in hot fat in a large pan with a lid until golden brown. Fried potatoes or potato salad go well with this.
