Ingredients

200 g celery
200 g apples
1 onion (s)

For the marinade: (lemon marinade)

Instructions

Put the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and stir together.
Wash and peel the celery and apples. Remove the core from the apples. Finely grate the celery, then coarsely grate the apples. Peel and grate the onion. Mix everything immediately with the marinade and season to taste.
Serve garnished with halved walnuts.
