Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients, roll out on the baking sheet (if the pastry sticks, put it in a cool place for 1 hour). Bake for 10 minutes at 160 ° C (fan oven).
  2. Make the muesli mixture from the remaining ingredients. To do this, cook butter, sugar, honey in a saucepan while stirring and let caramelize. Add the cream and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Add muesli and nuts and continue to cook, stirring, until the mixture is bound.
