Heat the condensed milk, sugar and the pralines in a saucepan and stir until all the pralines have melted. Let everything cool down a bit and then mix with the cream and rum.
Please season to taste. If you like, you can change the taste with additional sugar or rum.
Put everything in a 750 ml bottle and store in the refrigerator until you enjoy it.
